Local Pickup – Burnaby store

Free local pick-up is available at our Burnaby store at 8835 Northbrook ct., Burnaby anytime between 9 – 5 pm from Monday – Friday. If you haven’t received a pickup notification email, please call or email at sales@westcoastwildfoods.com to confirm.

Home Delivery

Home delivery is available anywhere in the lower mainland at a flat rate.

I placed an order. When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed in 1 – 2 business days. Dried products are shipped once it’s processed and the fresh products or wild food boxes are scheduled to deliver on either Monday or Friday.

How can I calculate my shipping cost? 

Please use the shipping calculator at the Checkout to get an idea of what shipping options/costs will be for your order.  Shipping is calculated once you type in your postal code.
We also offer flat rates to certain cities
Metro Vancouver – $10
Kelowna, Victoria – $15

Do you deliver yourself or use a courier?

We deliver all the orders within the Metro Vancouver area. Anywhere outside Metro Vancouver we use FedEx for fresh orders and CanadaPost for dried orders.
