Dried Golden Chanterelle

Golden chanterelles embody buttery, peppery undertones with hints of dried apricots or peaches. A favourite of chefs around the world, the chanterelle is one of the best known and most loved of all the wild mushrooms.

When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15-25 minutes and remember to save the flavour infused water for cooking with later.
