Dried Porcini (Origin: USA/ Canada)

One of the world's favourite wild mushroom varieties. The porcini has a wonderful strong nutty flavour with a beautifully meaty texture. Without question, the porcini is one of the most versatile of all wild mushrooms and can be used in any dish.

When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15-25 minutes and remember to save the flavour infused water for cooking with later.
