Our Wild Mushroom Mix is truly one of a kind. Combining the diverse flavours of 7 varieties of wild mushrooms found throughout the Pacific Northwest, this is our own unique blend and is truly special. This mix can pair with any dish, from a meat to a risotto, from pasta to soup.

 

Ingredients: 


Golden Chanterelle, Yellowfoot Chanterelle, Porcini, Lobster Mushroom, Black Trumpet, Pine mushrooms, Cauliflower Mushrooms.

 

How to use:


Place in warm water for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Enjoy these incredible wild mushrooms fried, stuffed, sautéed, and roasted. This special mushroom will suit many dishes from soups and sauces to stir fry or steak, offering a unique taste of the forest as a special ingredient in gourmet recipes.
