Dried Wild Morel (Origin: Canada/ USA)

Perhaps the most famous wild mushroom in the world, the morel is used in cuisine on every continent. It has a slightly meaty, nutty flavour, and goes well in many dishes from steak to pasta, or even soups.
When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15-25 minutes and remember to save the flavour infused water for cooking with later.
