Another winter variety, the Sweet Toothmushroom has a similar texture and flavour to a chanterelle, yet perhaps sweeter and more buttery with a subtle peppery edge. It is a very popular mushroom in Europe as well as North America. Use it like you would any mushroom, but have it in the dish to add a new note of flavour.
