These locally harvested B.C. fiddleheads are simply amazing when pickled in vinegar. Add them to your salads, sandwiches, burgers or cheese boards to give a taste of the wilderness. The crunchy, flavourful fiddleheads also make a great addition to Caesars and Martinis. Pickled fiddleheads are higher in iron and lower in sodium than most other pickled foods.
