The Saskatoon Berry is a favourite of many Canadians. It is most commonly found in the prairies, but is found in a few places around B.C. We harvest them in order to make this delightful subtle flavoured jam. It is not overly sweet, which makes this specialty jam is perfect for hors d'oeuvres or even to spread on toast.
