If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Fresh & Frozen cannot be returned or refundable
- All perishable goods ( Fresh and frozen foods), are non-refundable, with the exception of damages and certain other issues.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email (sales@westcoastwildfoods.com). You need to send a Picture of the product to show if any item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours you placed your order.
We won't cancel an order that have been shipped out. (Check refund policies)

We will reimburse You no later than 2 business days from the day on which you got the approval on your order cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns Dried and Jared Products
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Dried Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Fresh Goods were purchased in the last 2 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
