Wild -Harvested

  • We work directly with foragers throughout British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon who sustainably harvest wild foods in their local areas of backcountry. Wild Foods are 100% natural and grow only where and when nature allows. Foragers do not cultivate or otherwise modify the ecosystem to gather these foods, and when done correctly, wild harvesting can provide the most low-impact and sustainable source of nature foods on the planet.

Seasonal Products

  • Many of the wild foods we harvest are seasonal - this means that they are only available during certain times each year. If your favorite wild foods is out of season, we also carry them in dried and frozen formats for year-around use!

Storage

  • Storing Fresh Wild Mushrooms & Wild Greens
Fresh mushrooms will keep in your refrigerator for up to 10 days. We recommend storing in paper bags to avoid dehydration and extend shelf life.

  • Storing Dried Wild Mushrooms
Dried Mushrooms are shelf stable for over 2 years. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

  • Storing Frozen Wild Mushrooms
Frozen mushrooms can be stored in your freezer for over 2 years. Always cook from frozen instead of thawing.
