• Douglas Fir oil, the major component of this blend, improves mood and energy because of its high beta-Pinene content, which also helps reduce feelings of anxiety and stress

• Douglas Fir oil also contains a moderate to high amount of alpha-Pinene content, which is known to sooth anxious feelings

• Both Rocky Mountain Juniper and Big Sagebrush oils can help promote mental clarity and focus because of its alpha-Pinene and 1,8-cineole contents, respectively 

• Add a few drops of Awake Blend into a diffuser for enhanced focus
