• Grand Fir oil, the major component of this blend, has a high bornyl acetate and beta-Pinene content, which help to promote a sense of relaxation, preparing one for meditation

• Douglas Fir oil contains beta-Pinene and terpinolene, which help with relaxation

• The high ketone content of Western Red Cedar oil helps create a calming environment

• Add a few drops of Coast Blend into a diffuser for a calming experience
