To cook before consumption: 1- Without defrosting. 2- Plunge the mushrooms into boiling water. 3- Wait for 45s after boiling resumes. 4- Drain and rinse quickly under jet water. 5- Cook and brown your mushrooms in a hot oiled pan for about ten minutes. 6- season.
