100% pure Ancient Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) essential oil

Douglas Fir trees are evergreen conifers that can grow up to 100m and live for hundreds of years. An antiseptic resin can be obtained from the trunk of Douglas Fir trees that have decayed on the forest floor. The oil extracted from the resin had a very clean, medicinal aroma with hints of citrus. This oil has antimicrobial properties.

• The resin from which this oil is made from can help with coughs, fight infections, and stimulate immunity, likely because of its high limonene content

• endo-Fenchol helps kill bacteria, which is why the resin has been said to have antiseptic properties

• Add a few drops of Ancient Fir oil into a diffuser for a soothing, purifying aroma
