The Saskatoon Berry isn’t common in the region, but where it grows we harvest it to make this delicious jam. Try it on toast or as a topping for some finger foods.

The Saskatoon Berry is a favourite of many Canadians. It is most commonly found in the prairies, but is found in a few places around B.C. We harvest them in order to make this delightful subtle flavoured jam. It is not overly sweet, which makes this specialty jam is perfect for hors d'oeuvres or even to spread on toast.
