- 1 pound wild lobster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 8 corn tortillas
- Toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa
Directions
